Job responsibilities
1. Product development tasks and optimization and improvement of mass - produced products work
- Understand and collect information on the development trends of products and technologies according to the company's R & D development direction.
- Carry out research and development activities in accordance with the company's product design and development procedures and product manufacturing procedures (including product design and test plans, product structure design, drawing production, sample confirmation letters, product specifications, BOM formulation, parameter testing, sample production, small - batch and mass production, etc.)
- Summary of new product development materials, drawing release and ECR/ECN implementation, etc.
2. Provide product technical support tasks
- Assist in the development of new customers, new markets, and the promotion of new products and new technologies
- Collect relevant intelligence on the industry, product technology, and market landscape
- Participate in customer technical exchanges and maintain good relationships
- Provide theoretical explanations and technical support for customer product reviews or complaints
Job Requirements
- College degree or above, proficient in CAD and Solidworks
- At least 3 years of R & D work experience in related products
- Those with work experience in wire harness and waterproof connectors are preferred
