Production team leader

Job responsibilities

• Directly manage the employees of the production line, maintain work discipline on the line, and assist the production supervisor to achieve and improve product goals.
• Confirm employees' attendance, assign work tasks before work, gather at the beginning and end of work, summarize and publicize production and quality status.
• Manage the leaving of production line employees, carry out re-education for new employees and monthly performance assessment.
• Monitor whether operators work according to the operation manual, solve human operation problems in the process, and keep the production line running smoothly.
• Confirm the production plan and quality status of the current line (including input/output and the yield of each station, etc.).
• Prepare and confirm various tasks before daily production and when changing product models, and maintain the 5S of the production line under your jurisdiction.
• Handle sudden accidents on the production line and promptly feedback relevant information to superiors.
